Close Income Statement Process Not Picking Up Dimensions

Trying to run Close Income Statement across all our dimensions - results in a journal approximately 3000 lines in length.

however one of the dimensions fields is completely blank, despite being selected as one of the Close Income Statement dimension options.

Analysing our data shows that there should be approximately 700 entries here, which is too complicated to fix manually using the correct dimensions function.

Does anyone know why the Close Income Statement does not pick up a dimension / how to fix this?

Personally I haven't see this issue before and can't recreate it. Are the transactions with the one missing dimensions in the same year as the close income statement? Perhaps the transactions are in a different period.

No this is the process we followed - it doesn't explain why it is not working, and not picking up the relevant dimension field.
