Hi All,

When I try to access the kbclient I got this error message below:

Error Code: userIsDisabled
Timestamp: 11/14/2024 3:52:17 PM UTC
Service Request Id: a3881e15-6b48-47bd-8494-c2b00725a82a

I have provisioned DFM Account with the following roleset:

Willian dos Santos (PSM Com Professional).

Status : Provisioned successfully

Roleset : EU DFM Case Workers-

JItApproverGroupName : JIT_Approvers - eudfm

DFM is internal Microsoft tool and you would need to reach out to MS internal support for getting this sorted. As per the error, the account you are using doesn't seem to be part of security group.
