Why can I see predictive lead scores but not configure them in Dynamics 365?

Context:
I’m implementing Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise with a license redeemed through Cloud Services Benefits. I can see the predictive lead scores, but I can’t configure them.

To configure predictive scoring, you need:

Sales Insights license (full)

OR

Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise with Sales Insights add-on

You need to go to the Predictive Lead Scoring configuration menu.

When you don’t have Sales Premium, you’ll find it at the end of the page.
