Unable to do store issues for Item RMEQ38988

Hello Team,
 
There is an issue in D365 where we are encountering an error when doing project Journal
 
The item RMEQ38988 has recently been purchased and posted on D365 via PO14568 with price at Rs $55.00 each.10 units received.However when doing store issues, the price indicates Rs 0.00 and no issue can be done as per screenshot below.The problem applies only for this item on the PO:

    Hi ,

    The issue is due to item cost not being updated in inventory.

    Please check:


    • PO14568 is fully received and invoiced

    • Run inventory recalculation

    • Verify item cost under Released products

    • Check item model group configuration

    Once cost is updated, the store issue should work correctly.

    It says that the cost price is negative -0,00, which is pretty weird. What is the inventory costing model on the item model group? Was this journal line created manually in the application or was it imported or created via a customization?
