I have added dataverse as a datasource and and add a tables. but unification was not correct and some field in the table are not correct so delete the table from the dataverse.
there is not match and merge option in unify tile to delete them and then delete the source.
so i delete the table from dataverse. now datasource is not refreshing and I'm not able to add new table from dataverse into Customer Insights.
there is error like
Error: Invalid data source operation was found due to downstream dependencies or other already running operation 'Active' on data source with data source id '6e2e27a7-2670-4361-95e7-d3b6a040ad7f'. Request ID: b68ad7af-ac87-4d82-8fab-bdd81e1f8539.

Your Dataverse data source is “stuck” because unified attributes, segments, or measures still reference the deleted table.
refer this Khaleel suggested some steps for same problem here:
    Try steps:
Unify -> Profile -> Attributes (delete mappings from the deleted table)
Match & Merge (remove rules using that table)
Segments (remove filters using fields from the deleted table)
Measures / Calculated attributes (CI prevents deleting/modifying a data source if any of these depend on it.)
Refresh the Dataverse data source after this
This should clears the “Active” lock.
Add your Dataverse table again .

This is a classic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Data (CI-D) “stuck ingestion pipeline + orphaned data source dependency” issue. It usually happens when a Dataverse table is removed while ingestion/unification jobs are still active or cached.
Your error is the key clue:
“Invalid data source operation was found due to downstream dependencies or other already running operation 'Active'…”
    This means:
    • The platform still thinks the deleted Dataverse table is part of an active ingestion / unification dependency graph

    How to fix it
    • Stop all ingestion/refresh jobs in Data Sources
    • Wait ~10–30 minutes for active locks to clear
    • Remove the Dataverse data source from CI-D
    • Wait again for backend cleanup
    • Re-add the Dataverse data source
    • Add tables again and restart ingestion (don’t run unify immediately)
    If issue still persists
Then it is a backend lock issue and only these help:
    • new CI-D environment
    • Microsoft support ticket (they clear ingestion locks)
