I would filter for the information I'm looking for and then export to excel, either using the filter options on the Event Registrations View or Advanced Find if you are comfortable with querying via Advanced Find.
To filter via a View:
1. Navigate to the Event Registrations table in your Customer Insights - Journeys application
2. Filter to the Event you would like to see the Registrations for
3. Ensure the relevant Status Reason field is included in the View - if it isn't, select 'Edit columns' to add it in
3. Once your desired filters are applied and you are happy with the results, you can export to excel
