Hi Partner,

1.Your descriptions and screenshots contain private information, so please take care to avoid posting them in public forums!

2.As the message said, you need add the user to the security group related to the current environment.

--Security groups are a great way to control which users have access to which of your environments.

--When a security group is associated with an environment, only user that are part of this security group get added to the environment.

Go to Power Platform admin center, Find the environment that you are using.

--Check if a security group exists, and if so, add the current user to it.

--Go to Microsoft 365 admin center to find the group and add the user as member.

DFM is internal Microsoft tool and you would need to reach out to MS internal support for getting this sorted. As per the error, the account you are using doesn't seem to be part of security group.
