Licenses in User Card

Dear all,
our SUPER User has got a BC Premium license assigned.

But in his user card I can only see his SUPER Permission Set and Internal BC Administrator and Dynamics 365 Administrator License. The BC Premium license is not listed?

Up to now he did not have any problems but today he got a request to grant access and got an error message saying that either SUPER Permission Set or a valid BC license is missing?

I was wondering if the missing license in his user card could be the reason for this error message?
Any idea why the license is not displayed in the user card?

Thanks

    @Steven,
    the error message is coming when the user is trying to grant consent. Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot as another user has granted it in the meantime.

    It's not an error, it's asking you to consent that they can use your account to run the cloud migration. You need to either grant or revoke the consent.

    @Steven Renders, the request is valid and has been discussed with out partner already.

    @Ashwin Nimbulkar, thanks for this idea but we assigen licenses using Entra AD groups. All users in a certain Entra AD group get a BC license and a BC security group assigned. This works very nice.
    We dont want to have all users in our tenant in our BC user list. Because of that we dont use the sync. button in BC.

    It seems to me that someone else is asking permission, as a delegated admin, to run cloud migration, with this account.
    Best is to contact your partner and ask what they are trying to do ;)

    Hello,
    You can try reassigning the Premium license from https://admin.microsoft.com/ and save the changes. Then, go to the Business Central User List and select Update Users from Microsoft 365.
    Sometimes, it may takes a little time for the updated license to appear on the user card.
