How to print Certificate of analysis at delivery note on sales order

Hi All,

I've a batch tracked item which was manufactured with batch order. A sales order is created, and a new quality order was also created and tests were performed. COA is getting generated from Quality order but not getting generated at the time of packing slip.

1. COA should be generated automatically, currently need to click on "New" from Quality order.
2. We are looking to send COA to all customers automatically via email at the time of dispatch.

Is the parameter "Print customer specific Certification of analysis set to "Yes" in the Accounts receivable parameters?
