Trying to deactivate some segments in Customer insight and get error 405

Hello, I am trying to open some old segments in Customer insight, but the segments were made in the Outbound marketing. 
And each time I open one, it gives me the following error:
 
Exception 'WebException' occured: The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed., CorrelationId: c56d2801-b03c-4a97-ae9b-019d536353c5
 
 
Is there another way to deactivate those segments?

    This happens because those segments are from legacy Outbound Marketing and aren’t fully supported in Customer Insights. You can’t deactivate them there. The fix is to open and deactivate them in the Outbound Marketing app. If that’s no longer available, you’ll need Microsoft support to clean them up.

    You can’t deactivate these segments because they were created in the legacy Outbound Marketing engine, its shut down as part of the move to Customer Insights – Real‑time journeys.
    Although the segment records still exist in Dataverse for historical reference, the outbound services and APIs that controlled activation and deactivation are no longer available. As a result, outbound segments are now read‑only and locked, and any attempt to deactivate them fails with errors like HTTP 405 – Method Not Allowed. This is by design, not a permissions issue or a UI bug.
