Recent and Pinned Features Not Working in D365

I’m having an issue with the Recent and Pinned features in Dynamics 365 (Dataverse version 9.2.25084.180).

When I browse and pin a recent record, view, or dashboard, everything looks fine at first. But after I refresh the page, all pinned or recent items are cleared.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is this a known bug in this version, or is there a configuration I might be missing?

    Thanks @Daniyal Khaleel for the suggestion.

    I’ve completed the following, but the issue still persists (I’m using a System Administrator account):

    • Tried InPrivate/Incognito
    • Cleared browser cache and cookies
    • Tested on Edge, Chrome, and Firefox
    • Checked with other 3 users (same problem)
    For Verify your user personalization settings are enabled can you explain more on this?

    • try in InPrivate/Incognito mode → if it works, it’s a cache/extension issue.
    • Clear browser cache and cookies, then log in again.
    • Test on another browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox).
    • Check if other users in your org have the same problem → could be environment-wide.
    • Verify your user personalization settings are enabled.
    • Review release notes/known issues for your build (9.2.25084.180).
