Transfer Order with the same licenses place

I am looking to automate transfer orders between two warehouses located on the same site using TMS loads. Currently, during the mobile device fulfillment process, Dynamics automatically consolidates multiple license plates (LPs) into a single target license plate during the shipping phase. However, I require the original license plates to remain unchanged throughout the process, even when they contain the same item and batch. How can I disable this consolidation behavior in the work execution?

    I think the only option is to create pick & put work per license plate.

    Thank you for your response.

    In my scenario, I need to generate a separate work header for each individual license plate.
    Our process flow is as follows: we produce goods in Warehouse A and ship them to the customer from Warehouse B.
    MRP automatically creates a Transfer Order (TO) marked to the Sales Line, and a Production Order marked to that Transfer Order. This behavior is correct for our requirements.

    However, we are facing an issue with the warehouse execution. Our process requires moving each license plate individually while maintaining the original License Plate ID. Each license plate contains the same item but with different quantities, and they are already marked for the Transfer Order issue.

    I created a Load to process the Transfer Order, and the transfer lines are marked for specific quantities. I have also configured the 'Transfer Issue' work template. However, when the Load is released, D365 still creates a single work header with only one pick phase. Furthermore, when completing the pick via the mobile device, all picked license plates are consolidated into a single target license plate.

    How can I configure the system to keep these license plates separate and prevent consolidation?

    Do you have different items on one transfer order? Is one item equal to one license plate in your case?

    Typically, we have a Transfer Orders with only one line. The issue is that this trasnfer order line has a total quantity, but into the warehouse this quantity is split across multiple license plates. I need to move each license plate to the destination warehouse individually, without losing the license plate ID and without any consolidation
