Hi,

I want to change the font style for receipt format in D365.

Do I have any provision to change this font style???

Also, I want to change the font size of the variables in numbers, I can find only Regular, Bold and large options.

How can I change this in D365 receipt designer??

I have the same question (0)

In standard D365 Receipt Designer, there is no full option to change the receipt font family like we do in Word or HTML. The receipt designer mainly gives limited style choices such as Regular, Bold, and Large.

For number variables, you can try setting the field to Large or Bold in the receipt layout, but custom font size values may not be available from the standard designer.

A few things you can check:

    1. Open the receipt format in Receipt Designer.

    2. Select the line or variable field you want to edit.

    3. Check the available style options like Regular, Bold, and Large.

    4. Save the format and test it on the POS receipt printer.

    5. Also check your printer settings, because some receipt printers control how the final font appears.

If you need a completely different font family or exact size control, it may require customization or a different receipt printing setup. For simple visual comparison before choosing a replacement style, a basic text formatting tool can help you compare how different text styles may look.

    Hi,
In D365 Receipt Designer, you cannot change font style or exact font size—only use Regular, Bold, and Large.

For more control, you need printer/hardware profile configuration or customization.

    Hi,

Out of box In the Receipt Format Designer, the Font type option only allows you to set the style to either Regular or Bold that's the only built-in font styling option available in the Object Information pane. If you need a specific font size, your best path is either adjusting your OPOS printer driver settings or raising a customization request with your D365 Commerce developer to modify the printing extension.

    Thanks,
    Shaluma
