Asset Management: Item forecast cost is not copied over to work order forecast

Hi.. this might be a missing setup, but I am trying to get service item forecasts copied over from job type defaults forecast to work order forecasts.

What happens is that the item forecast line is copied, but the cost price is not.

Please point me in the right direction. A few qualifying elements that might help you:

Happens to both planned maintenance and maintenance requests
Item forecast includes service items that have a purchase cost, item cost and trade agreements. They also have an item forecast cost. Costing method is FIFO.
Project categories are defined with non-billable line property.
Asset Management and Forecast projects are type "Internal"
