im have a question regarding the integration of Dynamics 365 with crowdcomms using power automation. As per an article
 
Integration Steps:
  • API Setup: Start by connecting Dynamics 365 to CrowdComms via API or middleware solutions. Use Microsoft’s Common Data Service (CDS) or Power Automate for seamless data flows between both systems.
