Schedule Board not loading

Hi everyone, 
 
When trying to open the Schedule Board (by clicking on the default "Schedule Board" in the Sitemap of the Field Service Application) in a newly created environment, following error message appears - the Schedule Board isn't loading at all;
 
I would really appreciate your help. Can anyone point me to a solution to this error message?
 
 
Some key facts:
  • The behavior can be reproduced with every user in the environment, independently of the security role assigned to them (Field Service - Administrator, System Administrator, Field Service - Dispatcher)
  • The behavior can be reproduced in DEV, TEST and PROD
  • Field Service Licenses assigned to the users
  • Cache of web browser has been deleted multiple times
  • Opening the Incognito Mode in either web browser (IE, Chrome) does not fix the issue

    IE can be ruled out immediately because the Field Service Schedule Board isn’t supported there - use edge.  YOu said chrome has the same issue so it's not a browser problem but just wanted to point that out?

    Anyway:

    1. Are your URS configurations actually done - bookeable reosurces, resource requirements, etc.  9 times out of 10 there are just config missing.  Though in this case the error is odd. How much experience do you have configuring field service?

    2. Microsoft’s current troubleshooting guidance for schedule board load failures points to cache/cookies (you cleared cache), browser support (chrome is supported), or missing schedule board privileges. Sometimes Sys admin doesn't actually give you what you need, believe it or not.  You'd think sys admin is "god mode" but no i bump into other roles being needed all the time. that said... i think the ones you mentioned are the ones you need, so....

    3. I’d try a fresh schedule board tab / board configuration to rule out corrupted board settings, and if it still fails in Chrome/Edge for everyone, raise a Microsoft support case. At that point it starts to smell like an environment/configuration defect rather than normal setup error.

    I've created a new sandbox environment as well, where the same error continues to appear. I've even tried to add a new "Schedule Board Settings" Subarea in the Sitemap, that gives me the same error message. My experience with configuring Field Service is ok I would say, but I never experienced this behavior from the start when beginning a project. 
     
    Thanks again for your help. We've created a Microsoft support case and we will await help from there.
