This is regarding my MIcrosoft MB-910 Certification Exam which I had attempted for on the 26th of June. The system device i was supposed to use had successfully passed the prechecks well in advance. However, as i started checking in, there was a problem because of the McAffee app running in the background, due to which I was unable to use that device for my exam.
As a last minute resort, I had to connect my iphone as a webcam with my macbook as the mac's webcam doesn't work, to enable myself to start the exam without any delays.
I had proactively informed this to the proctor, not knowing that this could cause my exam to be revoked and prevent me from reattempting. It is extremely important for me to give the exam, therefore, I'd request you to kindly make an exception on this case because of an honest incidental crisis.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
