Vendor workflow proposed change

While cancelling worflow on proposed vendor change,
 
Stopped (unrecoverable): Cannot edit a record in Vendors (VendTable).
An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record.
 
Anyone encountered such an issue?

    Hi,
     
    It happens sometime if someone is in the same Vendor record and trying to change something.
     
    May be you can try to clear your cache and try once again.
