Hello Experts,
I have a quantity of 77 of an item accessible in the item ledger entries, but the associated bin content shows 72.
I examined the warehouse entry table (the summation is 72). We have Bin Mandatory for the location.
What do you believe the issue is?
Just post 7 positive quantity on same bin from warehouse item journal if you have that item have physical in the warehouse. If you creating a PO for items then receive the PO then you will see 77 in that BIN.

It may possible that warehouse has posted negative adjustment of 5 quantity from Bin but was not adjusted from from item ledger entry.
Go to item ledger and look for "Get warehouse adjustment" and see if you are getting any lines for the item in item journal for difference quantity.
if yes than check warehouse entry with negative adjustment which match with the quantity comes in item journal.
if all match, you need to post item journal and that ILE will match with warehouse entry.
