Behaviour of Power Platform Environment linked to F&O Environment during a database refresh.

Hi,
 
My question is related to when we request a refresh of the F&O database to a sandbox user acceptance testing (UAT) environment via LCS, what is the implication for the associated Power Platform environment. 
 
Will the associated Power Platform also be refreshed or is it only certain components of this environment that are refreshed or does nothing happen?
 
If not then is there any plan to combine the two processes so that database refreshes will occur across the Power Platform and F&O instances.
