Future of RSAT: Long-Term Support, Updates, and Integration with D365 F&O

We are building a long-term test automation strategy for our D365 F&O ISV solution and are considering the use of RSAT as the Test automation tool. Can you please share details about the following:

What’s the plan to maintain and support RSAT through 2025 and beyond? Is there any indication of major changes to the product? Or any deprecation plans we should be aware of while selecting RSAT as our test automation tool?
What new features or improvements can we expect in RSAT in 2025?
How will future updates to RSAT align with the broader Dynamics 365 ecosystem? Are there any changes expected to its current integration and compatibility with D365 F&O?

Future of RSAT: Long-Term Support, Updates, and Integration with D365 F&O

RSAT is currently in maintenance mode and available as a Feature on Demand (FOD) on the x64 platform. There are no major changes or deprecation plans announced for RSAT through 2025 and beyond. Microsoft is committed to maintaining and supporting RSAT, ensuring it remains a reliable tool for test automation.
