create attachment tab in fact box like purchase order

i want to create a simlar fact box like the one in purchase order form. I am unable to create attachment factbox. please suggest how it can be achieved?
 
i want my custom page to have factbox like this. Thanks

    You can implement the SharePoint Integration Add-on in the Business Central. it is highly recommended solution instead of Document Attachment in Base System.

    Hi,
     
    To begin with:
     
    1. You can add a fact box on your custom page as its available in purchase document (Document Attachment Factbox or Doc. Attachment List Factbox).
    ** I would use second one as first one is deprecated and will be removed in V26.
    2. Define Subpage link as per your page requirement.
    3. Then you can subscribe event in function - GetRefTable in Document Attachment Management to Include source table. 
    4.  Also add event subscription for uploading file.
     
    Hope it gives you a direction to approach this.
