Is it possible to personalize a form template?
 
In the form template the personalization button is missing:
In the form the personalization button is available:
 
In the email template the personalization button is visible as well:
I wonder whether it is not possible to personalize a form template.

    I believe that copying the tag that is generated where the button exists, it is possible to paste it into the form template and it will work.

    Hello Jimmy,

    Copying the tag is a bit of a hit and miss. Sometimes it doesn't copy the value properly. I am going to raise a ticket with Microsoft. In my managed environments I do see the personalization button on the form templates.
