Seeking to activate CRM dynamic account.

    Your request is a bit vague  :)  Let me assume you want to activate Dynamics 365 CE 
    1) Assign a valid Dynamics 365 license
    • Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    • Users -> Active users -> select user -> Licenses and apps
    • Assign Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise 
    2) Ensure the user exists in Dataverse
    • Go to Power Platform Admin Center
    • Environment -> Settings -> Users + permissions -> Users
    • Confirm the user is present and enabled
    3) Assign security roles
    • Open the user record
    • Assign required roles (e.g. Salesperson, System Administrator, etc.)
    4) Verify app access
    • Make sure the user has access to the Sales Hub or required model‑driven app
    5) Ask the user to sign in
