Field Service 365 - Evidence/photos/videos

Hi guys, what is the best approach for the engineers to upload evidence of work they have done, mainly photos and videos. Please consider that we may required in excess of 20 photos per install, so multi-select from camera library being an option. I am new to field service 365, and can only see the ability to take 1 photo and upload them individually at a time. We really want to make this a seamless process for our engineers/installers on site.

    I believe, short of custom development, single photo attachment is the default in the Field Service mobile app. The idea from Microsoft is that, rather than have a technician take 20 photos throughout the job and upload later, they are in the app/work order throughout the job and use the quick notes action on the booking form to add photos/videos as they are taken.
     
    The photo attachments in Field Service use the Note (annotation) table in CRM, which only allows for a single attachment per record.

    Thanks Tom, really appreciate the message/reply. I think I may have found a way around it for us, and that is to create an inspection template, and within the template you can add multiple photos/files at once to the form. Including being able to multi-select images at once from the camera roll.
     
    I'd like to think that this form would push to Sharepoint if designed correctly so we aren't filling up the storage too much.
