CoPilot, license, Users, and Apps

CoPilot usage - ability to see who's using tokens and their user license to inform myself when to move folks between licensing types, if possible.
 
On top of user licenses and usage, I would also like to know which apps are used or not, to identify owners and to archive/delete unused apps.  
 
Is there something that can do this all together?

    Hey,
     

    To monitor Copilot token usage, you can track it through Azure to see where tokens are being consumed.

    To check a user's license type, go to the Microsoft Admin Center and review the licenses assigned to them.

    If you need to see which specific apps are being used, navigate to the Power Apps platform. For each app, click the three dots and select Share; this will show you who has access to the app.

    To determine whether a specific registered app is using Copilot tokens, you can use Azure Insights to monitor logs. Alternatively, you can set up logging in your own script to capture incoming and outgoing API requests, depending on your provider.

    To see who is actually using a specific app, you can check the audit history or analytics to review past activity and user engagement.
