Anyone can guide me how can I setup D365 with Google mail sync instead of Microsoft Exchange please.
I did setup mail server profile and enabled mailbox of users. The outgoing email is going out but reply to that email is not coming back to the timeline.
I hope you have configured the Server profile like this
make sure the Incoming Email Status on your mailbox shows Success. Since you mentioned that outgoing email is working fine, I’d just like to confirm how your mailbox is currently configured and whether your server profile matches the configuration shown in the screenshot above
