Power Virtual Agents telephony extension Installation Failure

I am using a Dynamics 365 30 days trial license. I tried to install Power Virtual Agents telephony extension and Omnichannel Telephony Power Virtual Agent Extension in the free trail environment. Installation of Power Virtual Agents telephony extension failed for the reason

Omnichannel Telephony Power Virtual Agent Extension installation failed due to missing dependency from Power Virtual Agents telephony extension.
 
Appreciate your advice on how to fix this problem.

    It seems like you're missing a required default solution. 
    From memory: navigate to your admin center, find the installed features section for your respective org, see if you can install the solution. It will be difficult simply "finding" the solution to download online, via the features centre in the admin panel will be easiest and is the intended path.
