    Thing you could look into:

    - check in Entra if your user is still active. Maybe, for some reason, your user is locked or disabled.

    - check in the D365 environment, access is granted to the correct security groups and you are part of one of those security groups:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/control-user-access

Let me know if this solves the issue

Your sudden loss of access to the DFM environment with the error "You need to be added to a security group to access this environment" likely stems from your V-account being removed from a required security group or a change in system configuration on March 1, 2025. Please contact your system administrator with the error details, your account ID, and the timing of the issue to get your permissions restored. If urgent, escalate through your IT team or a colleague with access while checking for any recent system updates or announcements.

If your organization uses role-based security like Dataverse or Dynamics 365, your assigned security role or license might have been altered or expired, though the specific error points more toward a group membership issue.

DFM is internal Microsoft tool and you would need to reach out to MS internal support for getting this sorted. As per the error, the account you are using doesn't seem to be part of security group.

There were some changes with v- IDs and how DFM is accessed, hence I would suggest to reach out to your manager or SDM to get this sorted or clarified.
