How to make the audit history its own tab on a form?

Is it possible to create a tab and bring in the audit history on a form, rather than going to "Related" and then "Audit History"?  If so, how? I am using the following code . can any one help me here.

    Answer is no. 
     
    But you need some customisation i.e Javascript.
