Field Level Security Restriction on Fields, exception for own records.

We have enabled Field level security for certain fields like Email ID of account for a role.
But we want to allow the user to see the fields of the record he owns.
We don't want to use heavy customization like Plugins.

Field Level Security Restriction on Fields, exception for own records.

You can assign that security profile with read access only and to make management easier and avoid assigning profiles to individual users, create a Team for users who need access to the Email ID field for their own records.

Other approach would be to - write simple Javascript, which will fetch owner of record and then set visible that field to user.
