Hi, 
the quota limits in Customer Insights is stuck and does not show updates since 30/03/2026 05:39. 
Why and how I can fix it?

    Your issue is most likely:
    • Stuck backend telemetry job or quota sync issue

    Best action:
    • Verify once telemetry capacity 
    • Then raise Microsoft support ticket

    Check to see if there are any updates available for CIJ.
    If there aren't any, you'll need to open a support ticket with Microsoft.
