This error is caused by a customization (form, view, script, or control) referencing a Dataverse column that no longer exists or is not valid for the Account table. When you open or create an Account record, the Unified Interface tries to retrieve a set of columns (ColumnSet), and one or more of those columns is invalid, which triggers “Operation called with invalid attributes in columnSet”.
    What to check/fix quickly:
    • Open the Account main form ->  remove any fields showing as missing (red error or blank)
    • Check Account views for deleted columns and republish
    • Review any form scripts / PCF controls attached to the Account form
    • Publish all customizations
If still failing, open the Account in Classic UI to identify the problematic field
After removing the invalid column reference and republishing, account creation will work normally.
