Product is not releasing in cross company after service update

Hi Folks,

After service update 10.0.41 (10.0.2015.145), u I m getting issue in releasing global item to another legal entity. When I m trying to release the product to another legal entity, it is only visible to the current one and not coming in Release products of abother legal entity.

This is working fine under production which have the 40 version and after service update this issue arises. could anyone please help me on it that what can be the gap here.

Hello,

I would suggest the following steps:

Copy PROD to your sandbox and try again. Might be that there are different setup that cause the issue or a there is a constellation of data in your sandbox causing the issue

In your sandbox, check if there was a feature (Feature workspace) that was activated automatically that causes the issue. Maybe you can disable it to resolve the issue

Create a MS ticket in high priority in for help

If you have custom code in the process, then you need a developer who debugs it.
