A user has deleted an opportunity is there a way to retrieve and make it active again in D365? TIA

    hey.
     
    If there are no additional modifications (new orders/Leads/contacts/etc) you can try restoring the environmnet to a moment before the deletion. However this might be complicated, so another option would be to restore to another environment a full copy of your source.  THEN, export the record from the restored into the source.  However, this might be bringing new GUIDs.

    1. If auditing was enabled for the Opportunity entity, you can use tools available in XrmToolBox to extract and review the audited data. 
     
     
     
    2. If you’ve recently taken a backup in a lower environment (e.g., Dev or QA), you can migrate the Opportunity record from there. Ensure you match the GUIDs and all relevant fields during migration to maintain data integrity. Once migrated, have the users review the restored records to confirm if any critical data was lost or needs further attention.
