Yes — the Work Order Historical report (also known as the Work Order Summary report in Dynamics 365 Field Service) has been officially deprecated.
Microsoft deprecated the Work Order Summary report on May 25, 2025.
As of August 2025, it is no longer supported or available in environments that have received recent updates.

The report used to be enabled via:
Settings → Analytics and Insights → Field Service historical analytics → Manage
That option is now removed in updated environments.
You might still see it in older or non-upgraded tenants — but it's being phased out across all instances.
Microsoft recommends using Microsoft Fabric or Power BI for similar reporting going forward. You can recreate historical reporting using Fabric's capabilities — which are more flexible and scalable.
