Dynamics 365 for Outlook - Panel Message - Dynamics 365 wants to display a new window

I am using new Outlook and Dynamics 365 for Outlook. I keep getting the Dynamics 365 wants to display a new window with the choice of Allow or Ignore. If I click allow it just pops up again and then I select allow again and the side panel populates like it should. This continues to happen throughout the day. How do I correct this issue? Before I toggled to the new Outlook I never saw this message.

    Hey!
     
    When Dynamics CRM AddOn asks to open a new window, the window will request you to select the correct account to login.  Are you aware if you have any policy regarding authentication?

    This has been a problem in our org for a very long time and I am just starting to dig into it as it's now impacting outlook classic and not just web/new outlook. We don't operate with the plugin pinned as it creates a terrible lag when bouncing between e-mails. My users are fully getting angry with this as it seems like the session is only good for 10-20 minutes and then when the click on the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook they get met with pressing allow, to then authenticate and then bounce back. To do it again within 10-20 minutes of being idle. 

    @PerezAguiar what ideas do you have on authentication so I can pull on that string.
