The user set a default personal view in the Model-Driven app, but it is still not the default; it reverts to the admin's default view.

    The fact that it is everyone in the same role having the issue seems to lend itself to a security problem. Are they in a custom security role that you have developed? If so, you might want to check and compare your view privileges for the following tables to one of the Out of Box roles provided by Microsoft
    • View {savedquery}
    • Saved View {userquery}

    If you want to do a quick check, you can verify if the users have the "Basic User" role assigned to them. If not, try assigning it and see if that resolves the issue.

    Hi @Tom_Gioielli thanks for your time,

    • Is the view in their list showing that it is the default?  Yes
    •  Are any other users experiencing the same issue? Yes all user with the same role
    • Does the problem happen if they try to set or access the default view for the table in another browser? Yes it´s happen in different browser

    And I see that they cannot apply the changes in this screen, when they press the button nothing happen

    they can only set the default view here

    Couple questions to help narrow this down.
