I have enabled copilot for Customer service.
but on custome agnet app in getting statement
"our admin is getting Copilot set up. Come back later." for long so not able to ask questions and draft email.
any help on this ?
Problem sorted after lot of research
I am able to use Copilot features like questions and email in Customer service hub from last 2 days . But Copilot options are not available to me in Customer service workspace for chat etc.

Please confirm if you meet these requirements when enable Copilot feature.
Copilot feature is a preview feature, have you enabled it in test and development environments?

Hi Neeraj - thanks for the question! It can take up to 24 hours after you enable the Copilot features from the Customer Service admin center before the knowledge articles are pre-processed and made available to Copilot. Please do check in again if it has not yet been 24 hours since opt in.
