Hi all,
I made some updates to the Booking View in my Field Service mobile app, including adding new fields. These changes were successfully reflected on the desktop version and also in Power Apps when I tested it. However, the changes are not showing up in the Field Service mobile app.
I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Verified that the changes, including the new fields, are correctly saved and published in the view.
- Published all customizations to ensure they're up to date.
- Published the mobile app.
- Refreshed the Field Service mobile app.
- Reinstalled and signed back into the Field Service mobile app.
Despite these attempts, the changes are still not visible in the Field Service mobile app.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or could you suggest other troubleshooting steps I might try? I would appreciate any help or insights.
